Hi, I'm Pam! I love a good bagel. In search of a bagel worth the carbs, I came up empty handed in Hawaii. Everything on the shelf was dry and basically a loaf bread in a ring shape. I missed the chewy interior. I missed the crunchy exterior. I missed the savory everything seasoning. I got to work testing various recipes on myself and family and these NY style everything bagels were born.
